My name is Alexandria Noy and I'm The Brains Behind This Operation. Growing up in Chicago, I have spent my life absorbing the beauties of our thriving hospitality Industry. Spending countless hours in kitchens of wonderfully rich cultured family and locals, I've grown a vivacious passion for all things, well, tasty! I knew, however, where my heart truly belonged. It longed to polish my intellect of the pastry arts. It longed to belong to myself.
I attended Le Cordon Bleu Chicago's L'Art du Baking and Patisserie program in the Fall of 2013. I gained a sense of independence from that of which is considered...traditional. My fervor for this art wasn't quenched by the purity of classical training. I strove to pave my own path amid the flourishing professionals of The Windy City. Intertwining definitively French with fresh, self-taught technique bore LILY + ROZ.
Lightheartedly named after exemplar women of my upbringing, LILY + ROZ strives to become a household name. Blessed with the honor of becoming a first time mom during the early 2020, I came to the realization that I wanted to build a solid stepping stone for our tiny family to ascend. Covid-19 unexpectedly sent us for a whirlwind. I now became reliant on LILY + ROZ to co-support our new little man. My full title immediately transitioned into
